Motion Graphics - Sheng Zhen Meditation - What is it?
This video was created to explain the very foundations of Sheng Zhen Meditation. Sheng Zhen, meaning Unconditional Love, is a meditation practice comprised of moving and non moving forms and work to quiet the mind, open the heart and relax the body.
Sheng Zhen Meditation Storyboard and Animatic
This step in the process was to ensure that all the pieces of the ultimate goal were in order and comprehensive. In order to tell an effective story with a steady progression of the information, planning out the visuals and their locations throughout the piece is the most important part.

I used both real time video and motion graphics to compliment one another in this 2 minute explainer video. For the motion graphics, I used Adobe After Effects and for editing real time video I used Adobe Premiere Pro
